KUB Fiber Website Strategy

Our goal was to create a fully functional web experience for KUB’s new fiber internet offerings.

Our Core Strategy

Encourage KUB electrical grid customers to switch from their current internet provider and choose KUB’s new fiber internet services by creating an innovative, exciting, and educational web experience.

Our core strategy helped us develop the following design objectives:

Create a clean, modern design

Incorporate a new unified look and feel that reflects the KUB brand and paves way for future redesigns.

Establish a consistent tone that educates and excites customers

Ensure that the brand an tone of the UX writing reflects the brand.

Improve UX of Availability Finder

Incorporate a map-based tool that highlights phases of deployment.

Focus content on Internet offerings

Educate users about streaming content versus television.

Replace existing fiber pages with new landing pages

Utilize existing fiber content by incorporating it throughout new pages.

Based on our sitemap, we created LoFi wireframes for each of our desired landing pages.

Main KPIs:

We want users to:

  1. Select a specific path (either Business or Residential)

  2. Check availability

  3. Contact KUB for more information

  4. Purchase a fiber internet package
